That’s how Ericsson on the Move was born. Making fact based and courageous decisions, working across silos, executing with speed, ensuring our people felt they could speak-up, demonstrating humanness and empathy and of course, and always having ethical and responsible business practices in everything we do was critical. We all wanted something that would last. To do that we knew like all business challenges, we needed to approach it in an innovative way. We understood early the need to fundamentally transform the culture at Ericsson to strengthen our decision making, take difficult discussions and put integrity at the center of what we do. Changing culture in a company with 100,000 people in 180 countries is a challenge under normal circumstances but Covid added additional complexities.
